加建二層后受層高限制，機電設備及管線的布局尤為重要，項目設計階段將所有設備及管線都在模型中定位，健身房設計施工過程中也嚴格按照設計施工，最終保證使用中較高的使用高度。

After the second floor is added, the layout of mechanical and electrical equipment and pipelines is particularly important.
